SRIVATHSA POWER PROJECTS LIMITED

Srivathsa Power Projects Ltd ("SPPL") is a 17.202 MW (3 x 5.734 MW) natural gas-based plant set up in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Natural gas is being supplied by the Gas Authority of India Limited ("GAIL"). Electric power from the plant is stepped up to 132 KV and fed to the Andhra Pradesh Transco Grid ("APTRANSCO"). The project is capable of generating a saleable energy of approximately 130 Million kWh annually.

Asian Genco has invested in the equity of SPPL. Partnering in the 17 MW gas fired power plant is Avanti Group. The power plant has been in operation since 2002.
