Mr Vijaykumar T V

Mr Vijaykumar is a post graduate in Business Administration and successful entrepreneur. He has over 22 years of experience in pioneering and developing infrastructure projects in India. He is one of the key investors and has established track record in pursuing investments in the power sector.

 

Mr Krishna V Tatineni

Mr Krishna holds an M.Tech degree from IIT, New Delhi. He has 25+ yrs of experience in development, engineering, design & project management of independent power plants and other infrastructure projects in India. He previously has held key positions in Lanco & GVK group.

Mr Michael F Carter

Mr Carter is a post graduate in Development Economics. He has 45+ yrs of experience in strategic planning, policy & economic development in India, Poland, Russia, Kenya and Uganda. He has worked as Director of Indian Operations at World Bank & economist for Ministry of Uganda and the World Bank.

 

  Mr See Chak Mun

Mr See is a graduate from the University of Singapore. He is currently Senior Advisor to the Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has served in senior positions as Singapore's Ambassador to Australia, Germany, the United Nations in Geneva and India.

DIRECTORS
Mr Gautam Bhandari

Mr Bhandari is the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure and is responsible for the development of MSI's investment platform in India, Gulf countries and Southern Africa. Prior to joining the Infrastructure team, Mr Bhandari worked for Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division where he covered Engineering & Construction, Industrial Services and Alternative Energy sectors globally.
Mr Bhandari holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware. He is a published author of several scientific papers and is the inventor of twenty patents in the semiconductor industry.

 

Mr Ranjit Pandit

Mr Pandit is the Managing Director at General Atlantic. He is located in General Atlantic's Mumbai office, where he serves as head of the firm's investment activities across India. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr Pandit served as a Managing Director for McKinsey & Company, where he served a number of major U.S. and other global companies in a variety of areas, including corporate governance/ leadership, change management, corporate finance, alliances, technology management, manufacturing, marketing, sales and logistics. Mr Pandit holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BE degree in electrical engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay, India.
 
Mr Atul Kapur

Mr Kapur is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Everstone Capital. Formerly, Atul spent twelve years at Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director within the Principal Strategies Group (Goldman Sachs proprietary capital) for three years in Europe. Prior to this, Atul spent nine years in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs in Asia and Europe, deploying Goldman Sachs' Capital Partner's family of funds. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
  Mr Brent de Jong

Mr Brent is Senior Portfolio Manager, Co-Head of Special Situations Group, Member of Investment Committee and Global Head of Infrastructure, joined Ashmore in 2002 from JPMorgan plc, where he was an Associate in the Financial Institutions group focused on mergers and acquisitions in Emerging Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to the two years with JPMorgan in London, he worked for 3 years in JPMorgan’s structured finance and private placements group in New York covering Latin America and Emerging Europe. He holds a degree in Economics from Georgetown University.
